Record Description : Files contain computer listing of Lottery Prize Winner information to include name, address, city, state, zip code, federal identification number or social security number and total prizes won in the previous calendar year. The information is utilized to generate yearly Internal Revenue Form W2G for income reporting purposes. Two (2) reports are generated; a summary report defining aforementioned information and a detail report listing values, which comprise total prizes won in the previous calendar year.
