Record Description : The records retained in this series include all Contracts, Leases, and records pertaining to real estate rentals for the Ohio Department of Public Safety and include: 1) The original signed lease and addendums; 2) The original signed construction contract; 3) copies of all bids, proposal or quotes for projects; 4) Release and Permit information (if required); 5) copies of Controlling Board authorizations; 6) Vendor complaint documentation; 7) copies of issued purchase order; 8) copy of Property Deeds (original filed with county auditor); 9) copy of Easements (original filed with county auditor); 10) Other related documentation, correspondence and support information.
