Record Description :  Case files of Natural Resources and Wildlife Officers pertaining to criminal investigations that result in misdemeanor charges. Records include but are not limited to requests for assistance, accident reports, crime reports incident reports (including preliminary), crash reports, injury reports, inspections, summons, citations, arrest reports, narrative supplements, receipts of evidence/person/property, photographs, audio or video recordings (including body-worn camera footage), correspondence, supplements, relevant attachments to these reports, various logs, implied consent forms, waivers, witness statements, inventory sheets, self-reporting accident reports (BAR), tow releases, requests for assistance, Watercraft Incident Casualty Reports, property damage reports, and other case-related information entered into the electronic Records Management System.
