Record Description : The series contains records related to project services supplied by the DAS-OIT-Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). Project records include charters, change-issue-decision-risk logs, schedules, and other files related to the project. The types of projects are but are not limited to projects relating to DAS service offerings, enterprise initiatives, and agencies, board, or commission-specific projects. Examples of possible projects: Ohio One Network, cloud & data storage services, database, desktop support, hosted server offerings, domain migrations, enterprise IT security, Ohio Business Gateway, and telecommunications. The EPMO provides a copy of the project files to the customer after the project. The customer will manage their project files according to their retention policies. The EPMO is maintaining its project records for institutional knowledge purposes.
