Record Description :  This files contains records generally associated with awarding a contract, contract, project performance and payment on each abandoned mine land (AML) reclamation project. Records in this file normally include, but are not limited to: Letters of Eligibility, Funding Authority, Bid Package (Notice to Bidders, project description, and scope of work) pre-bid meeting and bid documents, signed bid tabulation, engineering designs, specifications, maps, government permits, OSM authorization to proceed, original contracts and escrow agreements, project inspection reports, final completion certificate and the environmental, geologic, archaeological, engineering, and natural heritage assessment, analysis, report or exclusion therefrom, field and change orders, compliance certifications, bonding documents, AML authorization to proceed, notice of commencement and furnishing, completion certificates, pay estimates and payment, rights of entry, and photos.
