Record Description : This file contains records generally associated with the eligibility, design, environmental assessment, and final completion of each abandoned mine land (AML) reclamation project. Records in this file normally include, but are not limited to: Letter of Eligibility, Funding Authority, selected portions of the Bid Package (Notice to Bidders, project description, and scope of work) signed bid tabulations, engineering designs, specifications, maps, government permits, OSM authorization to proceed, project inspection reports, final completion certificate, and the environmental, geologic, archaeological, engineering, and natural heritage assessment, analysis, report or exclusion therefrom.
