The MATERIAL TEST WORKSHEETS contain the hand written notations, internal lab numbers and test results obtained by ODOT technicians during the physical testing of a sample of a Producer/Supplier''s material.
The SUPPLIER TEST DATA lists the components and/or test results from physical testing performed by the Producer/Supplier or from an Independent Testing Lab on this particular material. The results are reviewed by OMM to confirm compliance or noncompliance to ODOT specifications.
TE FORMS are used to sample identification when submitted to the lab for testing. [i.e. information from the TE form is transferred to CMS then CMS creates a Sample ID number which can be used to track the sampling process from start to finish].
