Record Description : Digital Right of Way photolog files are in jpeg format and 3D highway surface imagery in proprietary *.3dc electronic format. Digital ROW still camera images of all state routes and local NHS routes. A cycle is currently every 2 years for mainline and 10 years for interchanges and ramps. A new cycle begins when the previous cycle ends. This is the same for electronic 3D downward highway surface images.
