Record Description :  This record series contains documents which are relevant to property management activities the department conducts on ODOT owned property. Includes, but is not limited to the granting of leases, licenses, revocable land use permits, access modifications, excess land disposals, direct sales and transfers, vacations of right of way easements and building dispositions. Some, but not necessarily all documents that could be found within these files are: district review and approval documents, routine public and governmental correspondence, appraisals, contracts of sale and purchase, leases, licenses, inventories, advertisements, plans, FHWA approvals, surveys and legal descriptions, title reports, Governors Deed, Directors Deed, notices of vacation, access modification instruments, permits, auction notices, closing documents and recorded instruments.
