Record Description : Record of employee training, course offerings, and career development opportunities. Files include electronic applications, copies of transcripts, rosters, agendas, curricula, course evaluation and training certificates. Applications document individual training record used to register participants, listing each class attendee by name, working title, department, course title, hours and date of training session, and may include race, sex, and physically challenged entries which are voluntary. Course offerings include, but are not limited to, individual skill development, program operations, QSTP, computer systems and software, and management/supervisory development. Data is tracked throughout the employee’s tenure with the department.
