Record Description : Special Investigations Unit (SIU) case files prosecuted by County and Federal Prosecutors. Used to assist and provide documentation to Prosecutors in upcoming indictments and/or trials. These files may include but are not limited to: Auto track reports, BMV information, Business Corporate info, Civil court actions, criminal history report, FINCEN report, Lexis-Nexis report, the original complaint, correspondence, investigative reports, interviews, planning forms and documents and/or other records of evidence obtained by subpoena, search warrant or other means.
