Record Description : The Special Response Team (SRT) Mission Files consist of any or all of the following form documents and any supporting documentation used to compile the forms or to document any functions related to the forms or missions: Sniper Deployment Log (OHP 0007), Warning Order (OHP 0008), and the Operations Order (OHP 0009). The files and forms contained therein are used to document the planning and approval of missions to include surveillance, execution of warrants, hostage/barricade situations, and any other critical incident requiring the use of the tactical team.
