Record Description : This record series contains traffic crash report form OH-1 and photographs, and may contain traffic crash report forms OH-2, OH-3, and OH-1P, crash reconstruction forms, HP-3A (OHP 0041), HP-12 (OHP 0086), HP-25D (OHP 1567), HP-28 (OHP 0161), HP-70A (OHP 0269), HP-70-B (OHP 0271), coroner reports, toxicology reports,and any other supporting documentation generated by the State Highway Patrol during investigations of traffic crashes. These records are retained electronically in document imaging and storing systems.
