Record Description : These records consist of certified payroll reports for the Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) construction projects. These reports are used to confirm that employees are paid wages in compliance with appropriate state and federal prevailing wage rates. The reports consist of names, addresses, social security numbers and compensation data for individual employees, prevailing wage final affidavit, payroll schedules, prevailing wage notification to employees, benefit statements, correction letters and supporting documents.
