Record Description : Each certificate of title record contains data entered by the Clerk of Courts when issuing a title. This includes owner information (name, address, SSN/FEIN), previous owner information (name, address, SSN/FEIN), transfer on death beneficiary information (name, SSN/FEIN), vehicle or watercraft description (year, make, body type, model, vehicle identification number, watercraft identification number, length, horsepower), odometer reading, brand information, purchase price, trade-in credit, sales tax, user name of the issuing deputy clerk of courts, county of issuance, county of residence, title number, document control number, date of issuance, purchase date, lien information (name, address of lienholder and date of lien filing), date of birth if owner or beneficiary is a minor, evidence type surrendered when applying for title, previous title number, title status and inactivation reason, title status date, tax exemption code, title comments.
