Record Description : Public records requests are requests that the agency receives from any person to inspect, review, or obtain copies of the agency''s existing records that are not accompanied by authorization/consent forms.
This record series contains initial requests for existing records, the Department''s letter of response, imaged copies of records provided during response, all correspondence between requester and the Department during the fulfillment of the request (if any), and the transaction histories of these requests retained in the Department''s Public Records Database.
NOTE: Subpoenas and requests for discovery are not subject to this schedule.
