Record Description : Re-employment Services is a program established by a 1993 federal law that requires that each person receiving UC benefits be entered into a filtering system to identify whether or not they were employed in a declining industry and will be likely to exhaust their benefits. The program provides early intervention, by offering re-employment assistance. The file contains surveys which ask questions pertaining to profiling and the surveys are sent to claimants upon completion of the program. Also contains weekly list of customers (claimants) eligible for re-employment services through the program.
