Record Description : This report is used by the Ohio Investigative Unit's Food Stamp Agents and is submitted to the Food Stamp Administrator on a monthly basis to track all transactions occurring on covert Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards during the month. The Food Stamp Administrator checks the report against Job and Family Services’ Electronic Payment Processing Information Control (EPPIC) program as verification that all information entered by the Agents is correct. Once the information is verified, the report is filed for future reference.
