Record Description : Files are maintained by pay period on every employee to maintain agency attendance records that are not stored in the Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS). Records may include: Timesheets, bi-weekly attendance report; weather emergency documentation; leave use, conversion and accrual; overtime and compensatory time authorization; schedules and changes; activity sheets; sign-in/out sheets; time cards; change of work schedules; cost savings day declarations; call-off sheet; printouts, logs, reports, physician notes and, all other supporting documentation relating to employee attendance.
