Records may include: Grievance Form; Hearing Officer’s Report and Recommendation; Adjudication Order; Arbitration Panel Decision; OCSEA and District 1199 Exempt Grievance Folders; step responses, exhibits, mediation, arbitration information, Non-Agreements; Due Process Meeting; Union document requests; and, any other miscellaneous record relating to the processing of a grievance.
