Record Description : The Motorcycle Ohio Program issues each student a completion card upon the successful completion of the Basic Rider Course (BRC) or the Basic Rider Course Returning Rider class (BRC-RR).
The course completion card (MOP0014) is issued with a control number and verified in the BASS system by the BMV and enables a student to bypass the skills exam and obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
