Record Description : OhioMeansJobs.com and the Advancement of Resources through Information and Employment Services (ARIES) are web-based systems that share career opportunity and job training information with respective employers, job seekers, and training providers under state and federal workforce programs. The system contains job order, job applicant, referral, matching, placement, and training information; a listing of training participants funded under WIOA; training information for youth, adult, and displaced workers; a list of eligible training providers; and related federal quarterly reports based on the above statistical information. This information is entered daily into the system by state and local workforce staff. ARIES also interfaces with a national listing of job order activity placed by employers and job seekers.
