Record Description : Pitch books are promotional and marketing materials that are presented by financial institutions, financial advisors, and broker-dealers to Treasurer of State personnel. These pitch books contain ideas on how the Treasurer should invest or manage state and custodial funds and state-issued debt, or otherwise promote services offered by the presenter. Pitch books may or may not be submitted together with a response to an RFP, RFI or RFQ.

Retain all pitch books for the remainder of the current fiscal year in which book is received by Treasurer''s office and for one additional fiscal year. If pitch book is submitted as part of a response to an RFP, RFI or RFQ, then retain with responses for duration required by applicable retention schedule (examples: DEBT-4 & LEG-03). If pitch book leads to a contract not issued pursuant to an RFP, RFI or RFQ, then retain with corresponding contract pursuant to retention schedule for the pertinent contract.		Paper	Shred
