Record Description : File contains, but is not limited to, monthly bank reconciliation of the various Unemployment Compensation funds (e.g., UCFE, TEUC,DUA, UCX, Trade, NAFTA,) showing checks cleared, checks outstanding, dishonored checks and account balances. File also contains monthly activity book of all outstanding warrants, and ledgers identifying balances remaining in state and federal accounts, which are running balances of daily totals of deposit and disbursements, including UC’s account balance and bank balance which must match.
