Record Description : This file is a daily detailed listing (generated by MIS) of
warrants cut on the previous day for payment of UC benefits. Information includes, but is
not limited to, claimant’s name, social security number, fund monies taken from, amount
of warrant, warrant number, date warrant issued and listing of canceled warrants.
Treasurer of State images the warrants and the hard copy checks are sent to the
records center to be retained for 90 days. A listing of these warrants, including the
claimant’s name, SS#, warrant# and amount is also available on- line at their web-site
via the Internet.
