Record Description : The Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program helps re-employ workers who have lost their jobs due to international trade. Once the Petition is certified, the list of the workers must be maintained indefinitely; TAA is a lifetime benefit. Records included in this series would be copies of company petitions, personal information on the workers, BRI (Benefits Right Information) dates and training information for the workers.
