Record Description : Record documents complaints made (by way of telephonecalls, letters, faxes and e-mail) alleging persons receiving food stamps and/or cashassistance benefits may not be entitled to receive them. County ODJFS staff areresponsible for verifying and validating complaints. File includes, but is not limited to, amonthly report maintained by ORAA’s Fraud Control section of how many complaintswere made, how many were verified and validated, and detailing case number, clientname, address and social security number.
