Record Description : Files contain weekly and/or monthly activity reports detailing measurable services provided to customers. These statistical measures are used to quantify Department of Labor (DOL) budget targets and agency performance as it relates to workload assumptions, to include time lapse for the Tier I and Tier II measures, and quality service performance measurements. Included, but not limited to statistical data collection for daily, weekly, monthly and annual statistical accounting of workload is collected on a daily basis. Reports that result from this data collection include: M5-130 report, quality appraisal, weekly status report (cases docketed, cased pending, average pendency, cased scheduled and timelines related to cases heard, reassigned, withdrawn, or dismissed, 1st and 2nd level appeal report, cases docketed and decision reports.
