Record Description : The collection of Dealer in Intangible taxes was transferred from the Treasurer of State to the Department of Taxation effective September 10, 2012 pursuant to the passage and enactment of HB 487 by the 129th General Assembly. Dealers in Intangibles, as defined in R.C. 5725.01, periodically remit taxes based on gross receipts in Ohio. This record series includes OAKS revenue documents and other supporting documentation showing the payment and remittance of funds into the proper account.
