Record Description : Each work unit of Redeterminations and Appeals submits a production report on a weekly basis to their section assistant director. The report includes, but is not limited to, the number of appeals, overpayments, number of decisions received from the Review Commission, claims worked, claims completed, and work backlog. The totals and averages from these reports are used to produce quarterly reports of claims activity and the quarterly report totals and averages are tallied to produce a yearly report of operation production by the section.
