Record Description : These records are comprised of correspondence associated with what happens when a person driving a commercial motor vehicle is stopped by a police officer for any of the offenses listed under section 4506.16 Division (A) thru (H) of the Ohio Revised Code, he/she may be disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle. If a person is to be disqualified from driving a commercial vehicle, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles would be notified by receiving a judgement entry from the court, administrative order from a state agency having statutory jurisdiction over the commercial driver, computer record obtained from either the National Driver Register or the Commercial Driver License Information System, computer record obtained through a state agency and/or the refusal to a chemical test received from a police station.
