Record Description : Under section 4513.263 of the Ohio Revised Code, tickets are received from courts of record and/or mayors courts resulting from a licensed driver and/or a front seat passenger not wearing a restraining device (seat belt) when picked up for a traffic violation. NOTE: The traffic tickets (for seat belts) are keyed into the data computer and no points are charged against the persons driving record. Tickets are keyed only for the driver.
