Record Description : Sections 4507.163, 4507.19 and 4507.30 of the Ohio Revised Code, states that if a person of insufficient age purchases liquor and displays proof that he/she is of legal drinking age (21 years old) and knowing that the drivers license or permit was altered or to be fictitious, shall forfeit all driving privileges. The permit or license is forwarded from the court to the Driver License Division, Special Case Services Section for processing. A letter is submitted from the Liquor Control Commission to the Bureau for appropriate action. The persons driving privileges are canceled and then placed under suspension for a one (1) year period. After the suspension has been lifted, the applicant will have to be re-tested for a new license.
