Record Description : Record series may contain New Item Number Request (DPS 0103), AIMS New Item Request (DPS0053), Drafts, Cost Estimates, Vendor Quotes, Samples, Specifications, Print Order copies (DPS0005), hard copies of emails or AIMS orders, audit information, Forms Burden Information, Salvage Inventory Authorizations, memorandums, documentation, e-mails and notes. The Departments Central Repository System (CRS) maintains electronic versions of items while they are active; once obsolete, the record is marked with a termination date and deleted from the CRS twenty-four (24) months after the termination date.
