Record Description : To release division employees and the State of Ohio from any and all claims which may arise under certain operational or administrative functions, including but not limited to the following: When a person not employed by the division accompanies an employee in a state-owned vehicle, aircraft, or other equipment (OHP 1106/HP73A; OHP 0364; OHP 1066/HP-39H); When a trooper or police officer of the Ohio State Highway Patrol attempts to unlock a motor vehicle to assist a motorist who is locked out (OHP 1262/HP-73B); or the form to be signed by a recruitment ride-along participant or parent/guardian if participant is under age 18 (OHP-0204).
