Record Description : A twelve point suspension results when an individual accumulates 12 points on their driving record within a two-year period. At that time, the driver license is suspended in accordance with Section 4510.037 of the ORC. The individual is required to complete an eight hour remedial driving course, pay a thirty dollar reinstatement fee, file FRA insurance for a period of three to five Years and retake the complete driver license examination.
