Record Description : Decisions on all appeals of cases coming to the U.C. Review Commission. Includes decisions on cases involving any unemployment compensation appeal, further appeal, tax liability, federal program, mass or labor dispute, delinquent account, employer contribution, or from the Courts. Precedent setting decisions are a compilation of decisions which illustrate precedent in new and unusual cases and decisions which serve as examples of frequently encountered situations.
