Record Description :  Pursuant to ORC 4765.02 the State Board of Emergency Medical Services must meet a minimum of four times per year to conduct business as related to duties required in ORC 4765.11. Records are comprised of the minutes of these meetings that reflect the actions taken by the board, rule promulgation, policy and procedure approvals.
