Record Description : This record series contains records generally associated with written agreements between Ohio State Parks and Watercraft and an individual performing volunteer duties for the division. Completed agreements acquire the volunteer's name, address, SSN, age classifications, length of volunteer service, where and what duties are to be performed. Each completed agreement is signed by the appropriate Division representative and the volunteer. This series includes but is not limited to: group agreements, individual agreements and data sheets.
