Record Description : In accordance with ORC 4765.55 the Executive Director Division of EMS issues a certificate of accreditation to institutions who meet the criteria outlined in the O.A.C. to providing training for individuals seeking firefighter and fire safety inspector certification. These applications include documentation of the how the courses will be conducted. A Charter is valid for a period of three years. Limited information from application (institution name, address, telephone number, fax number, contact person, as well as charter expiration date when issued, is maintained in an electronic data base.
