Record Description : This report lists the number of test conducted each year and the grade results of those examined as reported by private testing agency. Report contains the date test given, type of test conducted, name of individual taking test, and test score. Section 4743.02 of the Ohio Revised Code requires that all examinations be available for public inspection for a period of ninety days after announcement of grades. Since the actual examinations are disposed of after this ninety day period, this report serves as an official record of examinations conducted and the result.
