| 30 days unless saved for an authorized purpose including, but not limited to, an administrative, criminal, or civil investigation or other incident in which a video recording is useful. If such an incident occurs, retain until no longer useful, the statute of limitations has run, or any initiated action is final dependent upon the reason for the retention of the video. Unless such an incident occurs, the video may be overwritten after 30 days. |
