Record Description : The Benefit Bridge Pilot Program (BBPP) records are financial snapshots of participants with the support of Child Care, Clothing, Education, Food Support, Medical, Job Coaching, and services provided to bridge the gap between moving off public assistance and toward full economic mobility, independent of public assistance. The Benefit Bridge Collection Tool (BBCT) also tracks participant milestone achievement, earnings, gains, and provides monthly state reporting for the legislature into a .NET/Oracle database.
