Materials may include but are not limited to, meeting notes/correspondence, copies of meeting agendas and minutes prepared by the assuming entity, entity communications, financial and transfer information of assets and liabilities, memoranda to AOS executive staff and in the event of litigation, items maintained separate and apart from Legal Division files (likely duplicated).
