Record Description : Pursuant to ORC 3113.32, local law enforcement submit monthly summaries of domestic violence incident statistics, which are then used to create an annual statistical report. The monthly summaries include statistical information about the number of domestic violence incidents reported to local law enforcement, types of charges (if any) stemming from the incidents, relationships of the parties involved, types of resulting injuries, ethnicity, age, and gender.
