Retain "Project Data" during the three-year period following the final maturity or redemption date of the bond issue from which funds were used to support the Project, or, if later, while any refunding bonds that refund the bond issue are outstanding and for the three-year period following the final maturity or redemption date of any of the refunding bonds. "Project Data" will include: the name of the grant recipient, a brief project description, a summary of the scope of work, and vendor payment information. NOTES: Statutory or regulatory provisions may affect retention requirements and will take precedence over the retention language set forth in this schedule. Records subject to audit shall be further retained until audit report is released and discrepancies addressed.
