Record Description : This file series consists of information from various source documents which describe the current intersection layout, phasing diagram, serial or unique number of controller and monitor, date of monitor testing, intersection annual inspection documentation, and any repairs or maintenance performed on ODOT maintained electrical traffic control devices. Its purpose is to provide a ready reference for reports on traffic operations at an intersection and for use by employees when called to testify in legal actions regarding the signal operation. The record originates in the field district. The districts will file original records by signal number, County-Route-Section (Mile Marker), or County-Route at Cross Road.
