Record Description :  This retention schedule pertains to records received by the Division regarding a complaint against a registration, license or certification relating to appraisers, appraisal management companies, a person engaged in unlicensed activity (ORC 4768.14, 4764.16 or 4735.052), real estate licensees, foreign real estate licensees, home inspector licensees or cemeteries which resulted in the Division taking no further action or withdrawing charges resulting in no further action. This retention schedule consists of, but is not limited to, the complaint, letters notifying the parties no further action will be taken, any proof of service, any appeal responses, any exhibits submitted to the Board or Commission for its review, any Board or Commission orders or any related correspondence.
