Record Description :  This retention schedule pertains to records received by the Division regarding a complaint an appraisal management company licensee, a person engaged in unlicensed activity (ORC 4768.14) or a complaint against an appraiser registration, license or certification that is a matter of public record. This retention schedule consists of, but is not limited to, the complaint, records received with the complaint, notice of opportunity for hearing and charging document, proof of service related to the formal hearings or orders, settlement agreements, hearing officer reports, objections to hearing officer reports, transcripts, board orders, exhibits submitted to the board for its review in the matter or documents related to any appeals to a court. These records may contain an appraiser''s current residence which is not a matter of public record for purposes of section 149.03 and 4763.05(A)(1)(a) of the Revised Code.
