The Personnel Files cover all the employees’ records for the duration of employment with BWC. Records contained in the Personnel Files are performance evaluations, commendation letters, position changes, tax information, approval of retirement from Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS), and personal information regarding medical information.
